About Caramel Color Liquid –

Caramel coloring is one of the oldest and most widely-used food colorings, the same substance that makes your colas brown and gives beers their amber gold. Though it sounds natural, caramel coloring is not the same as the candy confection. Caramel Color, is the dark-brown liquid or solid resulting from the carefully controlled heat treatment of food grade carbohydrate. Certain food-grade acids, alkalis and salts may be employed to assist the caramelization of the carbohydrate.

Benefits Of Caramel Color Liquid –
